ItemList.shop provides a subscription-based service that allows users to create and manage eCommerce storefronts using Instagram product feeds and manual product uploads. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be granted.

By subscribing to ItemList.shop, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.


2. Trial Period Refunds

ItemList.shop may offer promotional trial periods (for example, a $1 five-day trial).

2.1 Trial Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time during the trial period.
  • If cancelled before the trial ends, no further subscription charges will occur.
  • Trial payments are non-refundable once the trial has started, as the service is made immediately available.

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 Monthly or Recurring Subscriptions

  • Subscription payments are billed in advance.
  • Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
  • Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing cycle.

3.2 Exceptional Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate billing caused by system error.
  • Billing continued after verified cancellation.
  • Technical failure preventing platform access that cannot be resolved by support within a reasonable timeframe.

All exception refunds are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.


4. Store Purchases & Customer Transactions

ItemList.shop provides the software platform for vendors to operate online stores. ItemList.shop:

  • Does NOT sell products directly.
  • Does NOT process or control vendor product fulfillment.
  • Does NOT manage vendor return or refund policies.

4.1 Vendor Responsibility

Customers who purchase products from stores hosted on ItemList.shop must contact the individual store/vendor for:

  • Product refunds
  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Shipping disputes

Each vendor is responsible for publishing and enforcing their own refund policies.


5. Payment Gateway Fees

Refunds issued by ItemList.shop may exclude non-recoverable payment gateway processing fees where permitted by law.


6. Account Termination

ItemList.shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform terms. If an account is terminated due to:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of services
  • Violation of terms

No refunds will be issued.


7. Chargebacks

Users agree to contact ItemList.shop support before initiating a payment chargeback. Filing unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.


8. Cancellation Instructions

Subscriptions may be cancelled by:

  • Logging into the user dashboard
  • Navigating to Subscription Settings
  • Selecting Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.


9. Refund Request Process

To request a refund review, users must contact:
